Travel services
Hotels, meals and headsets when specified
Accommodation, meals and headsets may be included according to the program. Hotel names and meal plans must appear in the actual proposal rather than being implied by generic website language.
Dietary needs are discussed during planning, but individual arrangements remain subject to the confirmed suppliers.
Admissions and flights
Never assume what has not been written
Archaeological admissions, museums, domestic flights and optional visits can vary by itinerary. The proposal states whether each category is included.
If a service is excluded, the practical payment or reservation method should be explained before travel.
