01 · Listen
Begin with people and purpose
We ask about the group, likely dates, Biblical interests, teaching plans, pace, accessibility and wider Türkiye goals. Numbers may still be provisional.
This conversation prevents a generic itinerary from becoming the unexamined default.
- Pastor or trip leader
- Likely group size
- Biblical priorities
- Approximate dates
- Mobility and pace
02 · Design
Build the route and operating logic together
We choose arrival and departure points, site order, hotel regions, transport capacity and meal rhythm. A three-day Seven Churches route demands different compromises from a five-day journey.
The proposal identifies services and assumptions clearly. Unverified hotels, prices or inclusions are not inserted merely to make the document look complete.

03 · Prepare
Turn the proposal into a shared plan
After approval, details such as rooming, arrivals, dietary needs, headsets and teaching moments can be coordinated. Travelers need honest information about walking, weather and daily rhythm.
Your leaders prepare the group spiritually; our team prepares the local operation.
04 · Welcome
One accountable local team from arrival to departure
Airport movement, drivers, guides, hotels and daily timing are coordinated through the operation defined in the group proposal.
Changes are handled through the real team rather than through anonymous marketplace messages.
