Leadership
Can our pastor teach during the journey?
Yes, teaching, prayer and reflection time can be considered in the route. Your pastor or ministry leader remains the spiritual voice of the group; our guide explains the historical, archaeological and geographic setting.
The schedule should identify longer teaching moments early so they are not squeezed between transfer times.
Scale and pace
How large can the group be—and can older travelers be supported?
The verified project material supports operations from two to 200 travelers. Vehicle, guide and headset planning changes with size.
Ancient sites include slopes, uneven stone and open terrain. We can adapt pace and route, but specific accessibility depends on the current conditions at each site.

Operations
Can you coordinate flights, headsets, meals and dietary needs?
Airport movements, headsets, meals and dietary notes can be included in planning when supported by the final operation. Different arrival flights require enough notice and may affect vehicle needs.
Every confirmed service appears in the proposal. We do not turn a general capability into a guarantee for every group.
- Start planning before flights are purchased when possible
- Share mobility information early
- Identify teaching priorities
- Confirm rooming and dietary needs by the agreed deadline
Timing
How early should a church begin?
Earlier planning gives leaders more time to form the group, compare flights and make informed choices. A first conversation can begin before dates and traveler numbers are final.
No universal booking deadline is invented here; the proposal will reflect the season, group size and supplier conditions.
